I love statement pieces, I think they can take an outfit to the next level. This week I was having difficulty deciding which outfits I wanted to shoot. I knew I would be exploring Houston and going to a couple of murals, and I wanted to wear something that would stand out from the busy background.

So..I picked out an all black outfit and an all white one (coming Thursday). I thought the black one was kinda blah and needed something to make it more interesting. I looked through my closet and found this bomber jacket I bought from Tobi about a year ago. It’s sold out but I linked some others. They are also a perfect transition item for spring.
